TMH, an emerging venture company from Oita City, Oita Prefecture, which went public in December 2024, is now recruiting interns!

Through this internship, you will gain valuable experience in structuring and validating new talent platform concepts while learning Silicon Valley-style product management techniques.

 

[Internship Responsibilities]

• Generate and improve semiconductor-related articles using AI
• Conduct hypothesis testing through trial-and-error content experiments
• Plan and validate strategies to attract talent to the semiconductor industry

This internship provides an opportunity to learn about the semiconductor field while gaining hands-on product management experience.

[Application Requirements]

• Able to attend a weekly online meeting and dedicate a few hours per week to work
  (Every Thursday 10:00-12:00 JST, with at least 11:00-12:00 as a mandatory time slot)
• Strong Japanese proficiency (as discussions are at a high level)
• Willingness to learn about the semiconductor industry
• Able to commit for at least six months
• Strong motivation to learn product management

 

[Working Conditions]

• Fully remote (with the possibility of an occasional in-office meeting in Oita City, about once a month, depending on the situation)
• Hourly wage: 1,000 JPY
• Transportation costs: reimbursed at actual expense

 

[Internship Period]

• March 1 – End of August

Extensions may be possible depending on circumstances.
Early participation in February is also an option.
